Acceptance

By using the Handz platform ("the Platform") you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Services

Handz provides:

• Operations software for Saudi recruitment offices licensed by MOHRSD.
• A public directory of licensed offices for Saudi families.
• A portal for foreign agents to upload CVs and follow placement orders.
• Integration with Musaned, ZATCA, and Saudi-approved payment providers.

Subscription and payment

• Plans: Trial (6 months free), Lite, Pro, Scale, Enterprise.
• Billing is monthly in Saudi Riyals and includes VAT.
• Cancellation is available at any time; no refunds for past months.
• 30 days unpaid → account suspended. 90 days → data deleted per retention policy.

Office obligations

• Be licensed by MOHRSD and keep the license valid.
• Use Musaned for all recruitment contracts (Handz does not replace Musaned).
• Issue ZATCA invoices to families — Handz only provides the technology.
• Contact families within 24 hours of receiving their request.
• Do not upload worker data without the worker's consent.

Family obligations

• Provide accurate data (name, ID, phone).
• Pay per the agreement signed with the office — Handz does not hold funds.
• Honor the labor contract registered in Musaned.

Content rules

Prohibited:

• Uploading personal data of any party without their consent.
• Misusing worker data for purposes other than recruitment.
• Attempting to access tokens or data belonging to other offices.
• Any activity violating Saudi or international law.

Disclaimer

Handz provides the Platform as-is. We are not liable for:

• Hiring decisions between an office and a family (both parties are responsible).
• Delays from Musaned, embassies, or government bodies.
• Worker performance or conduct after arrival.

Suspension and termination

Handz may suspend or terminate any account if:

• The office license expires or is revoked.
• These terms or Saudi regulations are violated.
• Payment is overdue more than 30 days.
• A competent government authority requests it.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms; for material changes we will notify you 30 days before they take effect, and the next time you sign in you will be prompted to re-accept before reaching the dashboard.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are heard before the competent courts in Riyadh.
